Handcrafted & Made to Order

All of our products are handcrafted and made to order to ensure freshness and quality. Because of the nature of our herbal blends, teas, and body care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has left our facility. The only exception is if you receive an incorrect item, in which case we will gladly correct the error.

Final Sale Items

Due to health and safety standards, all consumable and topical items—including teas, herbs, body creams, and bath products—are considered final sale and non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue so we can address it promptly.

Order Processing

All orders are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 1–4 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Order Accuracy

In the event your order is incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. Once verified, we will ship the correct item within 1–3 business days.

Lost or Missing Packages

All packages are insured. If your order is lost or missing in the mail, please first follow up with the shipping carrier and file a claim. Forward all claim details to our customer service department so we may assist.


  • Undelivered Packages (never scanned as delivered): May be reissued once a claim is filed and approved.

  • Delivered but Lost/Stolen Packages: May be reissued after a claim is filed with the carrier.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or postal service errors.

All orders are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 1–4 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during holidays, new product launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Timeframes


  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Standard delivery is typically 5–7 business days after shipment, though delays may occur depending on USPS volume and staffing in your area.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days after shipment. Customs processing may extend delivery times beyond this estimate.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system after your package is scanned in.

Delays & Liability

Once packages are in the possession of USPS or another shipping carrier, Kyng Nykoh Empire is not responsible for delays, lost items, or delivery errors. If a package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS directly. We will assist in providing tracking information as needed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.

International Customs & Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs.
