Infuse with Intention

The Kyng Nykoh Empire Herbal Tea Guide

At Kyng Nykoh Empire, herbal tea is not just a beverage it is a routine of self-care, beauty, and restoration.

Every herb we offer has been carefully chosen for its vibrational frequency, wildcrafted potency, and ability to support women in aligning with their highest selves.

This guide will help you unlock the full power of your wildcrafted herbs — so that every sip becomes a moment of nourishment, beauty, and intention.

Brewing Instructions

Follow these simple steps to prepare your tea the Kyng Nykoh way:

Step 1: Measure with Care

Scoop 1–2 teaspoons of loose herbs per cup. For blends or roots, a little more may be needed.

Step 2: Heat the Water

Use spring or filtered water for the purest taste. Heat gently — flowers and leaves prefer water around 180°F–190°F, while roots and barks thrive with a rolling boil.

Step 3: Infuse with Intention

Place herbs into your teapot, strainer, or infuser. Cover with hot water, then cover the cup to hold in the volatile oils and natural essences.

Steep 5–10 minutes for leaves & flowers. For roots & seeds, simmer on low for 15–20 minutes.

While steeping, speak your intention into the steam — allow the herbs to carry your words into your body.

Step 4: Strain & Sip

Remove herbs and sip slowly, breathing in the aroma. Allow your body to receive the healing, beauty, and alignment carried in each cup.

Kyng Nykoh Tips

  • Always cover your tea while steeping — this locks in the healing oils and fragrance.

  • For a stronger tea, steep longer rather than adding more herb.

  • Add fresh lemon, lime, or a touch of raw agave to enhance potency.

  • Create a daily tea routine, drink your blend at the same hour each day to anchor consistency in your body and spirit.

Substances to Limit or Avoid for Wellness

At Kyng Nykoh Empire, we believe true vitality begins not only with what you add, but also with what you reduce or remove. Certain substances can interfere with the body’s natural balance, making it harder to feel your best. By limiting these, you create space for nourishment, clarity, and vitality.

❌ Common Substances to Reduce or Avoid

  • Smoking – depletes oxygen flow and burdens the lungs.

  • Alcohol (beer, wine, liquor) – places extra strain on the liver and overall energy.

  • Radiation exposure – from frequent scans, microwaves, or unnecessary devices.

  • Caffeine (coffee, energy drinks, excessive tea) – overstimulates and may disrupt natural rest cycles.

  • Aspirin & Anti-histamines – may interfere with natural immune and inflammatory responses.

  • Laxatives (including misuse of flaxseed or castor oil) – can disrupt normal digestive rhythm.

  • Anti-acids – reduce stomach acid that’s important for nutrient absorption.
  • Chemical treatments & Creams – often mask discomfort instead of addressing balance.
  • Chemical stimulants & depressants – create artificial highs and lows for the nervous system.
  • Refined sugar – contributes to energy crashes and metabolic imbalance.
  • Genetically Modified Foods (GMO) – may lack the integrity of natural, unaltered foods.
  • Soy (non-fermented) – can affect hormone balance in some individuals.
  • Soda – high in sugar, acidity, and artificial flavorings.
  • Fish, red meat, and dairy – often acid-forming; many choose plant-based alternatives for lighter digestion.

Kyng Nykoh Perspective:

This list is not about restriction. It’s about choosing clarity, balance, and vitality. As you reduce these substances and replace them with whole foods, fruits, herbal infusions, and plant-based choices, your body and mind are better supported for everyday wellness.
