Harvest & Processing:
Yarrow flowers are hand-harvested in peak bloom, when the aromatic oils are at their strongest. They are then carefully shade-dried to preserve their color, fragrance, and beneficial compounds. Once dried, the flowers are sifted and ready for use in teas, tinctures, or topical applications.
How to Use:
Steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried flowers in hot water for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy as an herbal infusion. For external use, prepare as a wash or compress.
Ingredient:
Organic Achillea millefolium flowers
Precautions:
Not for use during pregnancy. Individuals allergic to plants in the daisy family (Asteraceae) should avoid yarrow. May interact with blood-thinning medications. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if taking medications or managing a health condition.
Warning
Persons with allergies to other members of the Asteraceae family (such as feverfew, chamomile, or echinacea species) should exercise caution with yarrow, as allergic cross-reactivity is common to Asteraceae plants.
